Fultec Inox enters the global scene constantly seeking innovation, and to do so has the MAGMASoft license, respected world-class German software for simulation of mold filling and solidification of castings.

By using the MAGMASoft program, Fultec Inox is able to accurately define the best and fastest casting production process, transferring those processes to the models and guaranteeing high quality and purity for all batch castings.

Chemical Analysis

Fultec Inox does chemical analysis on the metal castings before pouring into the molds, in order to certify that the composition of materials complies with the required standards. The equipment used is an optical emission spectrometer with capacity to analyze up to 32 chemical elements.

Mechanical Tests

Fultec Inox performs tensile tests at the clients’ request to ensure the required standards of mechanical properties. A high precision digital machine is used - the market-renowned brand Kratos

Non-Destructible Tests

The non-destructive testing methods adopted by Fultec Inox are the hardness and liquid penetrant tests to reveal possible discontinuities on the surface of the casting, and hydrostatic testing that evidences leaks according to the pressure, established in designs.
